Training Center
From September to June (10 months with a break of 2 weeks in February.)
For teenagers of high school age (14-18 years old)
During the day, students have time for individual online learning (with their own school or a school cooperating with the Academy)
During the school year stay, the following activities are planned:
- Daily fitness training: 2 x 1h Monday – Friday – in open green areas, in the sports hall, at the gym, running training, sand training and other specialized training – in groups.
- Tennis training: 2 x 1.5h Monday – Friday. On outdoor and indoor courts, clay and hard, in groups of 2-4 / court and individual.
- Sparring and/or tournament trips (weekends), with the assistance of a coach in Poland and abroad.
- Recovery (physiotherapy treatments, dry and infrared sauna, cryocabin).
- Two preparation periods (about 6-8 weeks in winter and 4-6 weeks in spring). During these periods, training plans are tailored to the individual needs of each athlete.
- Three sets of tests (general fitness) performed in September, February and June, together with a report and indications for further sports development.
- Individual monitoring device that tracks vital signs, energy expenditure, sleep quality, degree of fatigue and rest and many other parameters (in cooperation with the American company WHOOP, certified by WTA).
- Theoretical classes in tactics, analysis, warm-up rules, anti-doping.

WINTER SEMESTER STAY
From September to January (5 months).
For teenagers of high school age (14-18 years old)

- Daily fitness training: 2 x 1h Monday – Friday – in open green areas, in the sports hall, at the gym, running training, sand training and other specialized training – in groups.
- Tennis training: 2 x 1.5h Monday – Friday. On outdoor and indoor courts, clay and hard, in groups of 2-4 / court and individual.

MONTHLY STAY
During the school year.
For players aged 12 to 20.
Individually planned training units, taking into account the current state of preparation of a given player. Type and intensity matched to the level of player.
Weekends can be used for sparring and 1 tournament with the assistance of a coach.
WEEKLY STAY
During the school year.
6 training days, 7 nights (arrival on Sunday afternoon, departure Sunday morning).
For players aged 12 to 20
Individually planned training units, taking into account the current state of preparation of a given player. Type and intensity matched to the level of player.
A one-week stay can also be a trial stay before deciding to stay for a year or several months.
PROFESSIONAL PLAYERS ON A EUROPEAN TOUR
– as a training and residence base between tournaments
For all professional players, regardless of age.
Many professional players from the American continent or Asia decide to come to Europe for 2-3 months to play a few tournaments during that time. They usually need a base where they can train and stay between tournaments.
Our Academy offers everything they need:
- professional courts of various surfaces
- sports and tennis halls
- the gym
- padel, squash, badminton
- other sports infrastructure
- full recovery facilities, saunas, swimming pools, cryocabin
- comfortable hotel on the premises of the Academy
- restaurant with experience in sports nutrition
- a place surrounded by forests and green areas, ideal for cycling trips and running
- short distance to Warsaw and two airports (30-40 min) from which hundreds of planes depart daily in all directions (regular airlines and low-cost airlines)
- several international tournaments in Poland (May to September), various categories – ITF / WTA / ATP
- sparring partners and/or training partners of the appropriate level
SUMMER CAMPS
One or several weeks (July – August).
Offer for two age groups:
- Training program U12 & U14
- Training program U16 & U18
